Txrh is toxic asf I’m learning. I’ve been working at ours since January and the exact thing happens management picks favorites (usually lazy asf ppl) and lets them be late, no call no show, be rude to tables, not run food etc etc. and then yells at/humiliates those who aren’t favorites for doing the same/smaller things. Currently looking for a different job but live in a smaller town :/

This has nothing to do with your situation but in high school a teacher came into the bathroom when I was in there (I was a minor) and looked under the stall and saw my legs crossed and told me I need to get out if I’m not using the bathroom. And after I said something back to her she left and I went to the counselor and nothing came of it. But yea I was crossing my legs too. Like thats what’s comfortable for me tf. So yea…

The place i just got fired from after 9 years wrote me up for “getting my lunch before clocking out” I fought it bc I don’t eat lunch and told them to review the camera, BM was like well you opened the fridge so it stands

I quit my cashier job and moved on because of something similar. My boss got on a high with being able to micromanage and stress me out over small things apparently only I was doing wrong (but everyone else did them too) and I got so fed up with it because it got to the point where I was just so stressed to come into work where I have it on record I almost passed out twice during my 4 years working there

The manager I had when I got fired bullied and wrote me up for nonsense that other ppl wouldn't get written up for. So when she left and I got another write up months later they "had" to let me go. but they didn't know the whole story of my side

when i use to work in a preschool, i got fired from one because i was pregnant. they never told me casue its illegal to fire someone for pregnancy, instead my co teacher messed up and we both got fired eventhough I did nothing wrong. and i worked there for over 2 years and i was suppose to get free child care so instead of giving me free child care they fired me and said it was because of what my co teacher did

I literally had this happened to me at my last job last year I was wrongfully fired too cause the boss asked me a yes or no question and I told her no cause I didn’t agree with her and she threw a tantrum and told her boss on me… she would also make me cry everyday as well and would yell at me in front of other employees and customers I was an amazing manager all my employees loved me, customers loved me cause I would help them, I never called out, I always show up early and stayed late so I can help the boss out, she made it personal cause she couldn’t find a work related reason to fire me (I’ve been there for 3 1/2 years) so my advice for you is to go to HR and file a complaint if that doesn’t work try suing the company 😭😭😭

I got wrongfully fired from Walmart for “stealing time” because I called ethics because they were mistreating an autistic employee. Blaming him for things that were not his fault, calling him by the wrong name and threatening him with firing him over a 100$ scam but his coworker literally was not in his area talking to other associates and a bunch of people came in and they stole 15,000$ worth of stuff and he didn’t even get in trouble. They claimed I had been taking long breaks which maybe I did every now and then but there are way more people who do that more often and longer than me. So yea.

Worked at txrh for like 3 weeks. I passed my validation, got put on the floor from 6-9 with 2 tables. Didn’t meet my blast score, which obviously I had less tables and only 3 hours of work time, and the manager straight up wrote me up for not meeting my blast score smiled at me and looked right at the girl that had a problem with me because I called her out for making fun of someone who is deaf. I left that night and never went back. Txrh is toxic af
