I think it depends on when you plan to have the other kid. I knew mine I wanted back to back, so I kept everything stored in my basement, I have a 3 year old, 1 year old & due in Dec with my 3rd. Still have all my main things like swing, bouncer, bassinet, clothes and shoes and saved myself soooo much money. I got a few new items with my second that came out like a bottle washer etc. a storage unit would be my recommendation, small one for just those things.

I sold baby items and will buy new with future kids but I went through clothes. I kept all bamboo because that's their main source of clothes and I kept classic clothes for future siblings to wear. Gave away basic/cheap clothes. Kept quality clothes.

I sold them or gave them away when my daughter was around 2. Had another baby 5 years later lol and bought everything new. New stuff and new clothing trends come out so I didn’t feel bad lol.

im so glad i kept mine bc my next baby is the same gender . for clothes keep the ones are cute / have sweet memories. & def keep the baby gear just fold it down / compact it best as u can

I bought the $40 vacuum seal bag so I have one tote with a year and a half worth of clothes that are vacuum sealed.
