I listen to frequency music prior to going anywhere it calms me down ti make the transition. The anxiety is real!

Yes and I’ve been told it’s ibs. I’m guessing it’s because our gut is the first mind. Listening to frequencies on YouTube helps me.

Sounds like more of an AuDHD. I’m a lead diagnosed in my 30s ADHD girly. I now work with a lot of kids. I have ADHD and I’m certified to diagnose autism, which has opened my eyes to a lot of people who ask very well because their families want them to be socialized. Almost all of them have some sort of social anxiety with G.I. distress.
