For this position You’ll post your demonstrator so their back is facing the element. Also if the demonstrator messing up you just tell them what to do need to do any facing movements. You won’t get docked for the demonstrator messing up you will get docked if you don’t correct them though

From a prior SDS at fort Benning recommend trying to do the whole thing from start to finish with minimum hand movement. Everytime we got a new drill and it was his first time on the platform In front of 150-200 trainees trying to not move them hands to be professional was hard. You will tell trainess stop talking with their hands all the time so try it for yourself as well.
