This takes the pressure off what you’re workouts are looking like and it just gets you out moving (you’ll naturally find your groove over time, but you won’t if you don’t get out there!!) 2- don’t let a setback take you down! If you don’t FULLY complete your goal one week, it’s not over unless you quit! Keep going, keep going, keep going. 3- find a friend!
