Great tips. Can you answer what do you do if you are still hungry after you finish your meal 😭 As a girl on a weight loss journey myself, there is just days where I am more hungry than others.

I only eat chips while standing in the pantry. If I want some Doritos, I get some Doritos but I only get to eat the amount that I’m willing to stand in the kitchen to eat 🤣. Even if I make a bowl, I’ll over fill the bowl and if I bring the bag to the couch? It’s gone before I even notice how sick I feel. So I honor the craving in the pantry 🤣

Also mindful eating is sometimes taking that first 5 to 10 minutes after you finish the snack/meal to listen to the body and see if you still want more or after the food has settled just a little bit that you're actually fine. it teaches you to be very in tune with your own body, but this is a wonderful practice.

Oh @Liza | Weight Loss & Meals.. those are favorite crackers too! Tomorrow, I leave for a week long company trip where the meals are all provided. I asked for the menu of the planned meals so I could plan ahead and build around it. I’m taking some plain Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, protein mix for shakes, laughing cow spread, keto bread, some Wilde Chicken Chips, sweet pepper, and cucumbers. I just broke my weight stall and I am bound to stay on track! Thank you for being such a wonderful part of my time on TT! You are so encouraging!

Just watched a dietitian's video about the portion sizes being entirely made up based on what makes their product look good (ie. not too high in cals/fat/sugar/sodium) based on a 2000 calorie day (which is another totally made up number). So when it says "14 crackers" they aren't actually recommending you eat 14 crackers, that serving just made their numbers divide out nicely and seem reasonable. Gah! I wish I could remember the creator's @. 🤦‍♀️
