My bf had a seizure back in February, my dog Daisy (she’s a husky) was in the room when it happened, she was so confused and worried about him. She kept barking at him and when she realized it wouldn’t work she laid by his head with her head on the pillow with her paw on him. When the paramedics got here she wouldn’t leave his side, my parents had to carry her out of the room, she was crying and barking trying to get to him. My mom told me when we were at the hospital, Daisy laid on his sweatshirt that was on the bed and wouldn’t leave that spot for nothing. When he got discharged from the hospital and came back 2 days later she wanted all of his attention, she tried jumping on him but we didn’t let her. She was being super sweet and very cautious making sure he was okay, any sudden movements she would alert us. Fast forward a few months later when he is asleep she lays her head on him making sure he’s okay and is always watching over him

I had to be hospitalized twice for gallbladder pain and both times I was away from my corgis for several days, the longest I’ve ever left them unexpectedly. Checking the cameras and seeing their sad faces broke my heart. Dogs feel so much emotion, and they especially know when you’re in distress.

Poor little one. Sugar needs to be spoiled for the rest of her life. She was worried 😟. I believe they take care of us more than we take care of them. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

as a chronically I'll girly, I know just how this is. I have 2 miniature schnauzers. they howl the entire time I'm away at an appointment... or when an urgent visit like this happens. it's tough. but what you are going through is tough too. I try to have a back up plan for my babies for when this happens. I hope you are feeling better ✌️💗😁

yeah i got into a car accident and all I could think about was my two boys. Finnegan was in his kennel for 13 hours before someone could come and picked him up and took to his aunts house then I had to make sure both the cat and dog had sitters for a week before I could come home I was stressed to no end.

My resident had a fall once I ran to her room to help her and her puppy was laying on top of her, she would bark at me to tell me what was happening, she was in panic for about 2 hrs until her mom returned dogs are sooo loyal😭😭

the exact same thing happened to me lucky my bfs family were able to get him but they kept saying he was so off where he wasn’t eating, was walking funny & also was shaking, 3 days after I was able to see him and he was back to his normal self 🥺🤍.
