@helentaylorrr: no no when i tell you i’m still thinking about this one. (for 2x servings coffee chia pudding) you’ll need: - 50ml any milk - 2 heaped tbsp coconut yogurt - 1tbsp honey - 1 shot espresso (or instant coffee, dissolved!) - 2tbsp chia seeds for the rest: - 1 banana - small knob butter - a dash of cinnamon - 2tbsp granola (recipe on my brekkie ideas playlist!) - 1tbsp peanut butter method: 1. begin by combining milk, yogurt, espresso, honey and chia seeds in a small bowl and mix thoroughly. 2. place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or longer if desired! 3. meanwhile, slice or cut lengthways a whole banana. 4. melt a small knob of butter in a pan and add a dash of cinnamon to it whilst melting. 5. spread the butter over the pan and place the banana carefully on it. 6. fry for a few minutes on each side or until caramelised and golden brown. 7. meanwhile, prepare yogurt of choice in a bowl and make a well in the centre. 8. place the chia pudding in the well and top with the caramelised banana. 9. add whatever granola you like (I’m using my pistachio granola!) in the corner, followed by a generous tbsp of peanut butter. this deserves a BIG ‘enjoy’ for you guys bc omg it’s my fave.🥹☕️ #yogurtbowl #yogurt #breakfast #breakfastideas
