someone explained the trinity in a simplified way that seemed to make sense to me.i should have wrote it down because I can't remember what he said. it is complicated for sure. it's complexity didn't seem to derail the church. I gave up trying to understand it. three persons in one god. okay. seems unusual, but god is unusual.

Why not engage the best explanations of the Trinity? They are not hard to look up. If only the Father knows the time of His return, how would Jesus know? Do you even know the basic story? Isn't it clear that Jesus divested himself of something when He came here? I mean, it's like the whole point. "Academic perspective", indeed!
