Not many people know but UV is by far the most damaging thing for your hair over heat + bleaching, make sure you wear a hat + hair SPF - because if you’re wondering why your hair is damaged UV could be the reason why 😭

I have a question about he amount of time washing. I saw a aticle at pubmed that overwashing causes overproducing of sebum on your scalp. Is this true? I ask this question because i have seb derm (i am 17 years old so a lout of seb production because of puberty) and i am not sure how many times to wasb my scalp. I use ketaconazol 1 a week and zinc P 1 a week. The other day or days (so i wash my scalp 3or 4 times a week) a gentle shampoo with urea and mild sulfates. I tried everything diet these product but norhing is helping my itching has been crazy in my 17teens i usen corticosteroid for a little bit but i think it broke my scalp barrier so do you have a serum or a method to restore the scalp barrier. Pllsssas react asked so many derms online no one reacted you are my last hope🙃
