If you ate all of these things within your daily calorie deficit you’d still loose weight, if you ate these on top of your maintainence you would gain weight 👍🏻slowly over time 👍🏻

It's so easy to lose weight. Just have 2 meals in a 6 hour window and count your calories. Don't snack, if you do make sure it's not crisps or choc. I'm on 1500 calories a day and lost 4kg in 2 weeks

You can still eat all of that as long as you’re in a deficit. I still eat chocolate, crisps/chips, popcorn and candy while losing weight.

I'm still learning, been counting calories, son brought me pulled pork bbq nachos for lunch, I only ate half thinking that would be ok, nope did the calories for my daily calorie count, I have to have air for dinner...lol

The McDonalds is 850 calories, 300ish calories of haribos, minstrels say 500 calories, 400 calories in the crisps, can’t say for sure for the bun but I’d guess around 350.. don’t think your 3500 is quite adding up? Less than 2500 for sure.

right answer me this doesnt matter what i eat or dont eat , move or dont move i shift nothing i have not gone up or down an ounce i weigh exactly the same since sept 2024 to today , been to drs etc yet july 24 -sep 24 i put on a stone and then ive just stayed that weight till now ?! ive had tests etc eveeythings normal , i am 45 and on the depo idk if that makes a difference ? igs so weird and frustrating !

It’s not easy for some to lose weight … so please be mindful when you eat 😭 I’ve been on a deficit of 600 calories and exercising too but it’s been such a slow process of weightless that it makes you cry..
