Ok. I will try to explain. The $26.6 billion in tariffs that drove the surplus were paid by U.S. importers, not foreign governments. The rest of the June revenue came from income taxes, payroll taxes, and corporate taxes — the standard way Americans fund the government. The government is still running a massive annual deficit (around $1.3 trillion for fiscal year 2025). American consumers pay the tax aka tarriff on goods imported by Corporations. You are basically praising the fact Americans are paying 4 times the amount of tariffs from a year ago, in order to quell the irresponsible spending of oyr Government.

In April of 2024 the U.S. had a monthly budget surplus of 208 billion, with no tariffs. You’re confusing the monthly budget with the yearly. Clinton is the only one to run a yearly budget surplus. Please educate yourself before posting nonsense
