Congratulations! With my long COVID I have photosensitivity. For four years I've had pain, burning, and redness in the sun or heat, so I don't go outside. I also have Fibro and ME/CFS BUT I am so frickin HAPPY for you! I know our days can be up and down and I also know the joy of having a time in remission. I'm proud and happy you took the steps you needed to help you to live and enjoy life. ❤️❤️❤️

I think it’s really hard for some of us who aren’t getting better, or not that much better, and some content is not so relatable in that sense. Having said that it is amazing how well you’re doing and honestly you should be proud of yourself. Even if you are privileged you’ve obviously worked hard to get to where you are.

Can I ask a question, and I mean this genuinely, why aren’t you masking to prevent covid reinfection? As someone with long covid I would hope you know that covid isn’t over, it never ended. So I’m surprised to see you not masking given that reinfection could set you back.
