Yes!!! All of this!! Had an emergency on my first so was so unprepared but the second I had most of this stuff! I had my kind YEARS ago but these are all essential!

My daughter ended up Alergic to her steri strips and at the same time had a pups rash! I feel for all c-section mamas! And allow your family to help ! Dishes, laundry, cleaning! And the baby so you can rest ! Can’t wait to meet baby Landon

My first C-section I got an infection in my incision and it was awful. They used staples and it sucked. My second section they used glue and 10000% better I was up moving around like nothing they gave me a binder and I was golden. You’ve got this.

I was infected after too but because they cut a nerve i didn't feel it so it was really bad. I thought my husband was stinky but it was me that infection stinks so bad. Then my second I was infected again but from the inside out. It was horrible but still couldn't feel it.

I did not have a c section, but I followed the 5,5,5 rule and honestly such a lifesaver especially since everyone had brought us so much food within the first two weeks it was 5 days in bed, 5 days on the bed, and 5 days around the bed. We stuck to this mostly besides when we had the visiting nurse come to check her weight I booked newborn shoots on day 16-17 when we were ready.

See I was the opposite with both of my sections! Having high waisted tight leggings against my incision made it feel so much better! Like a binder!
