Do the extracurriculars that interest you! Join the pre-dental but after that actually do what interests you. It's honestly a point to remember for admissions in the sea of "standard" ECs.

is it and if i get all of my shadowing hours in 1 summer? im entering my freshman year in college and i was planning on shadowing ortho, endo, and peds this summer to get around 200 hrs. i alr have 120 shadowing a general dentist from last summer

most of us are not in America or Canada so we don't have clubs like that 😭😭😭😭😭😭 both my GPA is looking good and dentist here don't do shadowing for non dentist or dentist students
