I’m take 2mg of estrogen and progesterone. Why am I not feeling any better. I have been sleeping which is amazing because I haven’t slept in 20 years but I still feel dead inside. I keep thinking it’s going to get better but not yet. I’m on month 4 I think.

I struggled for 6 years!!!!! Went to see my dr about HRT and two weeks later I was a different person. Well back to myself again, energy, mood, sleep has improved and I feel alive again! It’s just SO sad and frustrating that I had to ask my Dr for HRT and not her telling me about. Our health care system is broken

I have just learned that if you are taking estrogen, you must take progesterone if you still have a uterus. I was not told that initially, and I’m scared of problems I may have because of the months that I went without taking it. I have learned to advocate for myself because of you, Thank you!
