My bro, who is a heavy machinery mechanic always told me if I’m not available and u use do those drive-thru oil changes, always take a picture of your engine or check it if everything is connected beforehand, because of stuff like this. Especially in newer vehicles.

come on we've seen the same thing over and over, car mechanics and the dealerships seeing a girl bring in a car so they decide to scam her because they always suspect that the girl doesn't know anything about cars so all they have to do is something simple to make her return so they can get more money from her

It could’ve been a lube tech doing the service, could’ve been a small mistake but diag is usually standard but if it’s small like that. changes are they will wave the fee
