@_reidolson_: Even if I see someone very out of the ordinary- I’m realizing I only think about them for like 2 minutes. Far less than 1% of my day is spent thinking about the strangest person I see. I think that’s probably most people. We tend to be much too focused on our own tasks to notice other people’s.  That being said- this recipe turned out very well, so here it is.  1 Cook the steak.  2 Brown the butter. (easy to burn, so pay attention and take it off the heat once it begins to brown.) 3 As previously stated, egg yolk, mustard, white wine vinegar (go easy), and some salt in the blender.  4 Blend 5 Pour in melted and warm but not scalding hot brown butter 6 Honestly this specific green sauce was mid. I used too much salt and it was just kind of lame. You can make it by all means if you’d like- but honestly I think something with rosemary or cilantro and lime would be a lot more interesting. But the honey mustard was very good with the steak. Would recommend. Not SUPER diet friendly- but all single ingredient foods (except for the mustard, but the only thing that isn’t like “water” or “citric acid” in it is “fruit pectin.” idk what that is but it doesn’t sound awful.)
