The worst part is, it could have been so simple. Give people what they wanted. Playable elites, dual-wielding, the Flood, a halfway decent story, and so on. Then Halo wouldn't be on the brink.

I don’t see the point in multiplayer for halo 1 remake it makes sense. Save the multiplayer for the new halo game and just use this to get new ppl into the series

A Halo game without multiplayer isn’t even worth while. Don’t get me wrong the campaign is a huge draw but the multiplayer is what keeps the game alive

Bro all they gotta do is a horror game with the flood and regular marines/odst, a halo game where u can play with all different aliens customization and make the Spartans play and feel like super humans. Battle royal mode too
