The sound at the start is the auto pilot disconnecting and the captain(left) starts hand flying the aircraft for landing. The first officers yoke is moving because in Boeing aircraft both yokes are connected to the flight surfaces and with each other

por toca esse alarme, esse do início do vídeo. eu sempre tive a impressão que era algo de errado,.pois quando aquele avião da Gol caiu ele tocava muito esse alarme

вот всегда думал, зачем так штурвал лево-право качать? понятно, что выравнивать, реакция самолёта запоздалая, ну нахрена так резко, что бы потом компенсировать обратными резкими движениями?
