Yes but at the end you cross thread the bolt and the blot breaks. Replacement bolt is 3k and on national back order.

That’s “preventive maintenance” and there is a pile of paperwork to go with it, and finding all of those tools will be a four to five hour ordeal if you are lucky. So you can start this in a day or two, meanwhile someone else has disappeared with half of your equipment.

I've been in for a little over 3 years. I swear I saw this video a long time ago. Thought I knew what it meant back then. After some reflection, now it truly makes sense.
