Please be careful putting your hands on your knees. I had a friend that used to do that and now she has part of her knee tore off from doing that so much and getting on and off the toilet she would use her knees to get herself up. Please be careful. God bless you. Iโm so proud of the journey you have been on and I donโt want you to have a setback. I thought I would offer my advice because I do care. God bless and maybe use a crutch or a can? Even using two cans at least it wonโt be your knees.

You are an incredible person and so strong! I am beyond grateful for the railings in our house from an elderly formed owner as they are so helpful for me on my bad days (bad knees). A tip I learnt is everytime I move/mobilise I do a small amount of physio. This maybe heel raises, a modified squat, stretches etc. And this has helped me so so so much!

got a new challenge it will help legs and thighs. sit down stand up. chair at reg height. sit then stand no hands, arms straight out. 10 first week, add 10 next week=20. ect. try to get to 100.
