6NZ, SDP or MXS? I've seen a few SDP and MXS engines crack liner flanges, little but of a B to troubleshoot without tear down.

Look at it this way if you do have to do a rebuild on it you probably won’t ever have to worry about it again the way you are driving it keep it serviced and stick your foot in it a little more! 👍😎👍😎

Most of us can smell the problem on a phone call and tell you everything lol. So yeah, cracked liner. Bad fan switch maybe. Rebuild it. Take to that guy in San Antonio that keeps making videos he’ll fix it for 20k and going again.

New radiator for sure i went 4 core to fix mine. Id say in frame also. Cat head dont like getting hot. So at least head and check counterbore. I had issues with Cat heads on my 6NZ till i went to APC. Not cracked one since
