Best argument for UBI ever. Give money to poor people they spend it paying taxes. Give money to rich people they hide it in tax exempt offshore banks

Finally someone said it. Restaurants are unreasonably expensive, you’re even forced to pay tips. I’d rather buy takeaways and eat at home.

your argument ignores the fact that Elon musk is entrepreneur and he employs hundreds of thousands of people in SpaceX twitter and in many of his tech startups. if you compare that to Floyd Mayweather who doesn't have many people that he employs and just spend things frivolously, Elon musk is more of a net positive, because for every engineer he employs that engineer goes out and buys themselves a house buys himself food he employs an army of people who can add to the economy especially because he's one of those businessmen who is American grown and doesn't outsource his labor in different country.

Chipotle for 1 is over $15 EVERY time now. 4 years ago it was $8ish. We’ve almost doubled food cost and wages have NOT doubled.

In the UK - A McDonalds for me, my partner and my son costs £33 - That's $45 in the US. for 2 large meals and a happy meal. Ridiculous. A cheap meal has turned into a low grade expensive luxury.
