So if I’m deficient in vitamin D and iron. I’m taking iron with vitamin C but was told not to take iron with calcium. Should I take vitamin D +vitamin k2 one day and then the next day iron/vitamin C?

So, I’m here to attest to the d3 on its own. That, in combination with some other factors, is probably why I have cad at 43. I’m deficient in vit D and have been on high dose for years.
