So, I’m here to attest to the d3 on its own. That, in combination with some other factors, is probably why I have cad at 43. I’m deficient in vit D and have been on high dose for years.

I recently asked my doc if I should be taking vitamin k2 with my d3 and she said that this info is being pushed but there haven't actually been enough studies for her to feel comfortable to recommend it. Sooo...ugh🤷🏽‍♀️
