Dominican Republic helps Haiti a lot, y’all gotta admit that, we give you healthcare, education, food, jobs, and our ex President Leonel Fernandez even built you a university campus, without us on the island your situation would be worse and your country would be almost hopeless. @💕Louri 💕: I would to share a plan I believe can help improve Haiti 🇭🇹 I would love to hear opinions.I think one of the best ways to fight is to go back to embracing agriculture and education. Agriculture and education are the foundation of a nation. If a foreign country has control or strong influence over our food, then it has control over us. We already have the land to start. Look at KPK and its assistance in creating a canal that’s helped hundreds of farmers grow rice and provide more affordable rice to local communities. With the expansion of agriculture, Haitians can have control over their food and, as a result, control over their currency too. As for education, unfortunately, millions of kids in Haiti still don’t have access to it because of the price, the distance, and the lack of emphasis placed on it. I know it’s difficult right now to get a higher education, and even harder to find a good-paying job — or any job at all. But with quality education from kindergarten through high school, it creates better thinkers and, over time, helps improve our country as a whole. Fighting doesn’t always mean being physically strong. To fight through what’s happening in Haiti — to still hope, to still create, to still try — that’s fighting too.
