Honey I get this. for me it was just the random BS. he was in the military and I still get calls from military adjacent organizations. we have been divorced 22 years and it's still causes anxiety and a trauma response.

It comes on so suddenly. I had a panic attack yesterday when I suddenly had vivid flashbacks of a fight he started while we watched that ep of walking dead. I didn't even remember it happened til I got to the line I heard during the fight. It's been 8 years.
