Adult playgrounds should exist but I think they should lean more into being fun than being a workout. Not that there’s anything wrong with a workout course, just don’t try to convince me it’s fun

My favorite part of having young children is when they demand I go on the jungle gym with them. Or when they ask to go to catch air. Mom will always say yes!

Studies show that balance and dexterity are "use it our lose it" functions. Eldery people, that are significant fall risks l, that start using playgrounds slash their fall percentages. We should never stop excercising balance and dexterity....
