We seriously have the same pattern hair loss! Not sure if you’re looking for advice but my derm has me on oral minoxidil, dutasteride 1x week and finasteride the other days and I’m a year out and almost fully grown back. It’s a journey but it was a great feeling to throw away my hair fibers 🥲

i have the same! started 2 months ago. i had enough hair for 3 people! they were long , so thick that they were hard to comb. now i have only a 1/3 of my hair left with the large patches all over all happened in last 2 months or thats when i noticed. im doing herbal things right now. i dont know if they will work or not, but im trying.
