He bought it legal. He owns it. He was carrying (not the best choice) in an open carry state. Most importantly he didn't provoke anyone. Cops are right to make sure he's good and legal. Then, hand it back, cops are just being difficult because he is being difficult. Both parties are WRONG 😎

all a draco is a 9mm. it doesn't fire AR rounds. Then its in the class of a pistol bcuz of the barrel length. So know what you talking about. It's ok cool got yt people to do it but we can't?

if he's in a Open Carry State he should get his firearm back. although the state may be Open Carry the Walmart, Malls, Hospitals and Parks usually are N🚫T. It can be very uncomfortable if everyone is Open Carrying in your local supermarket and other restricted areas. 🤔.

I don’t wanna hear it. It’s too much going on in the world for somebody to be in Walmart with a Draco. This gun rights is getting ridiculous. people out here, shooting up schools and doing mass shootings. Why would you be at Walmart with that.

Walmart has its own policy that prohibits you from carrying . Especially after the Walmart shooting that left many dead . Just because you own a gun legally doesn’t me you should carry it around like that unless your trying to bring back the Wild West lol
