The shot of him speeding in to shield the girl gave me happy chills everytime.I watched the trailer and again in the actual movie. The movie definitely isn't perfect, but for me the flaws were relatively unimportant next to how much they got the core of the character right

I feel you always have such a clear and concise view of just about every comic topic you speak on. I’m really interested in knowing how this all started for you, your deep interest in comic books. I find myself watching your videos for hours simply to hear someone so educated on a topic speak so clearly about it.

there are definitely faults in the movie, but because it made my younger sister (who isnt a Superman fan) feel as inspired as i was when Superman did something as simple as saving a squirrel and stood for his beliefs, I will forever cherish his movie.

Superman is meant to be a symbol of hope and love. The fact that Snyder made him into a brooding murderer was so odd. He's supposed to be a light in the dark, and he's supposed exemplify the best qualities of humanity.

my fifteen year old left the movie saying it might r his favorite movie ever. I asked him why and he said superman was just such a good person. he could have turned luthor to slag and he didn't, cause that's not right. said his favorite scene was pa Kent telling Clark about his choices making him not his parents
