A: growing pains! kinda. mostly headaches, teeth shifting, possibly sleepiness, gum irritation (you can cut the mg btw if it rubs). to mitigate gum issues id recommend dr ellies protocol :] but it should eventually go away and ur gums one day just come back stronger. it's weird i know, but it's how it works for some reason. but after ur through the growing pains you can expect huge increase in energy, straighter posture, more mental clarity, basically a less crushed skull. the first month might be more rough for people than others, but after you're through that, you're home free to more enjoyable type of improvement. some people give up in the first month and miss out on a lifetime of health and aesthetic improvements. 3) how long does the R1 mg last?
