In the UK, harbouring individuals known to be in the country illegally is a criminal offense under the Immigration Act 1971. This includes knowingly providing shelter, accommodation, or any form of support to individuals who are in the UK without legal permission or who have breached their visa conditions. Offenders can face fines or imprisonment. No right to stay because of Leaving a safe country to seek asylum elsewhere can lead to the application of 'safe third country' agreements, which may bar asylum claims in the new country if protection was available in the previous one. Such agreements require individuals to apply for asylum in the first safe country they enter, and failure to do so can result in denial of asylum in the subsequent country. Additionally, 'asylum shopping'—seeking asylum in multiple countries—can be penalised, and individuals may be returned to the first safe country where they could have sought protection. we don’t want any more manifesting or empty promises the person going into power east to offer us something for greater now a declaration of independence for British native citizen to protect us as the government police and judges cannot be trusted anymore so the whole system is gonna need a whole reform to root out all the corruption this is what the British native citizens must demand from day one and the declaration of independence to be drawn up very similar to America’s within weeks so no crimes like this ever happens again also for deportations to immediately take affect as soon as the new person is put into power as the law is already there to protect the British native citizens is the case the current government are breaking the law. Personally we should all be making Citizens arrest as it’s the government and police and judges that I’m now breaking laws and in my opinion very serious laws that are damaging our children’s future.
