Looks clean and smooth which means it's most likely Alopecia Areata. I have it. Those patches come and go. Some last years some last a couple weeks. Don't panic! It makes it worse 😫 lots of things you can try to help it

Could be alopecia related to stress, I used to get it when I was younger and it looks similar, if it is, it’ll disappear before you know it

use micellar wipes for the stains i done it the morning after and it all came off even the scalp and it didnt leave my hair greasy !!
