I had my weight loss Surgery a few years back & it wasn’t easy 😔 for me it was a healthy lifestyle change when my mind caught up with my body. Today at 49 years old I am still working out & eating healthy!!

You right, I had the sleeve and it’s a tool you gotta do whats right cause you can gain that weight back quick. I had mine done 2019 and I gained like maybe 35 pounds which I’m trying to get back off now
