I went on a live with a manifestation coach on here and she ripped into me so hard based on one sentence question not knowing me etc and I had to pull over I was so hurt … and then I was thinking did this trigger me because I feel wrong or not important maybe it was an act to get views and she should be careful . But I really did need to examine it within myself .

Oh my gosh! This is only my third video of yours and I have learned so much already! One of my new quotes is gonna be, “triggers are an opportunity to help you heal more.” I FREAKING LOVE THAT! And of course, planting fear and doubt aren’t going to grow anything positive. So I would have never thought to look at my triggers as receiving something positive from it and I always tell my kids that no matter what situation they are in, to find the positivity in it. I never took it that far as to look at my triggers as a way to heal and grow too. Thank you for opening my eyes and my mind a little more. 🫶🏻 oh and you are gorgeous by the way! And once I heard you speak and saw who you were as a person, you became more attractive! You exude beauty in every way, and some people are intimidated by that. Some times they are n no or hurt people they are in a low vibration.
