And once a top performer loses respect they grow contempt. So nothing is more toxic than a high performer with an ax to grind. They become toxic overachievers who’s only goal is to point out how poor their leaders are performing

Being a high performer is frustrating as hell! That’s what I’ve learned. I am burnt out & it’s my own high standards causing it. I wish I could just take a step back, let things fall on someone else’s plate, but I just cannot do it.
