I’m afraid none of these comments are it. Like I’m very anti-smoking which includes vaping, but forcing someone to go cold turkey is dangerous and also this is not even mentioning how it’s like an awful manipulative thing to do to throw something out and then help someone try to find something.

As someone who quit severe vaping 3 weeks ago, I don’t think this is the solution. You have to decide it on your own, otherwise she’s just gonna buy another one, and another one. Talk, before deciding on someone else’s issues.

Hey, vape addict here, I understand you must have health concerns about your fiancé, but do not do this, quitting is a decision, going forcefully into withdrawal will turn her probably manic, have a conversation and then she will make a decision based on that. Hope that helps!

Quiting has been such a difficult journey. It was not as simple as quitting cold turkey for me. I needed SUPORT which for me was tapering down, taking a quit medication, and talking with others who were quitting. I would be absolutely livid if my partner threw away one of *my belongings* without my knowledge personally, because that actually disrespectful.
