I’m in the same boat girl! They look awesome! My recipe is similar! 2 c self rising flour, 1 stick shredded or cubed cold butter, 1c milk or buttermilk in greased pan 425 for 12 mins. I don’t twist when I use my jar to make biscuits and I think they lift higher. Keep it up girl! Let’s save some money!
