@stepheintz: If you hate cardio and carry weight in your stomach and have lower belly fat, grab a dumbbell and do this move, you can pick up speed, but it is really hard to balance while you’re doing all this. Make sure that you’re engaging your core and doing a stomach vacuum. Remember as always in order to get results in the gym, you must be eating a healthy diet and a caloric deficit.
