going to urgent care because u think you have a sinus infection is what you should be doing.. especially if it takes weeks to get a standard doctors appt with your primary care physician..what is wrong w people. urgent care is for not emergency care but for care needed within a day, i can get if they complained if you went to emergency department but you didn’t 😭

i had bronchitis for 4 weeks untreated because i thought it was a cold… then the doctor was like “well you’ve made yourself at risk for asthma you should’ve been in here at least 3 weeks ago” sorry sir there’s people who think u shouldn’t go to the doctor when you’re sick😭😭😭 now i take montelukast every time i get a lil cough just in case

Nothing wrong with going to the doctor. Sometimes you can wait it out but other times you need to go to the doctor to get better. Not everything can be treated with natural remedies.

Go every 6 months for check up 🙏🏻 even if you’re not “sick” you still need to go to get checked up to make sure everything is working properly. Same as eye and dentists every 6 months

Wellness checks girl. Not going to the doctor annually to get labs and regular check ups is how people end up finding out they have stage 4 cancer and they have 4 - 6 weeks to live
