@tylerpath: Here’s what most people get wrong when trying to lose body fat. They focus too much on creating as big of a calorie deficit as they can handle just to have a hard time sticking to it long term. In reality, approaching it from the flipped perspective is often much more doable. At first I was eating only 1400 calories a day and I was starving. Now I'm eating 1700 and feel much better. I burn about 1900-2000 cal a day so still 200-300 deficit 🙏🏻 lost 10lbs but scale isn't budging which I suspect is due to muscle building/body recomp

Huge emphasis on understanding we arent pro athletes or prepping to be a marvel hero. We are creating a lifestyle we can live through, not just trying to look good for the summer. We want to look good all the time! Yeah, my food might be a bit boring during the weekdays. But I’m not starving. I still get to eat well with friends or family on the weekends without feeling guilty. Is my progress slower? Sure. But I’m not miserable and still losing weight.

I’m 5’1 and 145. My cal deficit is 1400. I don’t feel hungry at that deficit but I don’t workout a lot. 3x/week 20 cardio/25 weights. On off days 1hr walking. Losing 5lbs a month so far. Takes forever man :(

I am 5.6ft and I was 170lbs but I have been going to the gym for a year and a half. Was 28% body fat and wasn’t happy with how I looked started an extreme cut with high protein, 1500cal with 150g of protein, low cal high volume foods and it’s worked really well. Now I’m 20% 155lbs and am like 1 1/2months in and feel good of course sucks not having sugar but that’s because I was addicted to it but energy is now going up without it

Calorie deficit, but don't deprive yourself too much, take your time, and do a little walk, 30mins is enough, it'll maybe take a little while, but when you slowly see the difference, it's worth it. Took me a year to loose 15kgs. Go guys ! Let's go ☺️

All I did was remove a banana a day and cut back on avocado from 3 a week to 1 and I lost 3.3 pounds in 2.5 weeks.

I don’t count calories I just try to eat nutrient dense foods or add some sort of nutrients to whatever I’m eating and working out 3-4 times a week and I already lost 20lbs. Unless you are really goal oriented I recommend just taking your time
