But in reality, Nesta is a complex character, and there was so much more to discover about her. Well, it’s exactly the same with Elain. SJM intentionally wrote her to seem « boring » and « flawless » which makes some people see her as uninteresting. But in reality, there’s also so much more to discover about Elain as well. It’s just sad that people don’t understand that. Even with Feysand’s bonus chapter that hints at Elain’s future character development.
