Things like school buses are perfect for EV’s. The constant stop and go benefits the regenerative braking.they have a relatively short use time vs non use.

No, I’m not a Democrat. I’m not a liberal and I certainly don’t support Biden, but I’d rather have electric over diesel. I’m not an environmentalist. I’m smart enough to know that you start to generate the electricity for the bus using mainly coal or nuclear.

I would love to know why we are told every summer and winter the power grid can't stand for me to run my AC at 73 instead of like 80 in Texas but we want electric school busses... I'm glad Texas probably knows better. great reporting Baylee and I hope it works out but what if it unexpectedly dies in severe weather or in cold weather with 30 kids on the bus? not just to be a red republican but sincere concerns.

Just about anything’s better than smelling that diesel. Diesel just stinks. I remember as a kid on the school bus with diesel, stunk.

School busses I think have turbo diesel, for when there's weight in them. It'll be interesting to see the performance with 50 students riding. Dang, that's like $3 million dollars, just for the 10 busses.
