He is required to exit the vehicle when requested to do so on a lawful traffic stop. Officer does not have to provide “proof” to the motorist on the street. Court is the venue to challenge the stop. This “court officer” should know better

He had his dog in the car, plus he just got his car washed. Pretty conclusive evidence that he didn't commit a traffic offense.
