I thought that this was a joke a first so I put the emojis in my name, but then I saw people making videos about offerings and getting the symbols tattooed on them and they were so serious and that made me so uncomfortable, so I’m just waiting to change my name. Also I’m so sorry you had to go through this, just hearing this made me feel horrible, and I hope you’ve healed from this experience.

Cults are never labeled as cults. Even people in cults don’t like the word “cult”. Real cults disguise themselves as things like schools, support groups, etc. it’s not a word that should be used lightly or thrown around.

I put the symbols in my bio when it started out as a joke. But people started to take it seriously with journaling “experiencing the entity” and making offerings and I’ve heard someone’s done a blood ritual, i left the community and removed it from my bio.
