Homemade Sourdough bread from no additives, just organic flour+water does not spike blood sugar if eaten in moderation. I'm 6 weeks carnivore and it doesn't give me carb hunger pangs.

Go with grace ! I’m in same boat but not weight just straight bloated so bad messing my stomach ulcers up from “cheating”, back on carnivore immediatly!

I was struggling w/ carnivore so I recently started focusing on longer fasting and eating more keto for more variety. So far it’s working better for me. I’m tracking macros to make sure I’m getting enough protein without going way over on calories

I fell off too. it's not coming off as easy as the first time. I am even exercising now and still am not.losing. cutting calories now. down to 1 pound of beef, half cup of cheese and 2 ounces pork rinds per day.
