Port and my feeding tube. It’s kinda funny how people are either overly aware of it or completely oblivious. I went to a store the other day and was told to leave my bag outside. I was like sir it’s attached to my internal organs. Now I just leave my stuff visible so they realize and don’t embarrass themselves lmao

I will never forget a guy seeing my NJ tube. I was walking down an aisle at Walmart. He came around the corner, saw me about 10 feet away, looked horrified and went the other way 😂😂😂😂. He was shook.

I think it’s because people are not used to seeing people like us out and about. People see ports and things of the sort as “in hospital” their minds are boggled
