@humphreytalks: One thing you MUST do for your finances: start leveraging high yield savings in 2025. @Cash App pays you way more, up to 4% interest! Stop letting your money collect dust. Start letting it collect INTEREST. #CashAppPartner Cash App is a financial platform, not a bank. Banking services provided by Cash App’s bank partner(s). Cash App will pass through a portion of the interest on your savings balance held in an account for the benefit of Cash App customers at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Member FDIC. To earn the highest interest rate on your Cash App savings balance, you need to be 18 or older, have a Cash App Card, and direct deposit at least $300 monthly into Cash App. Sponsored Accounts are not eligible to earn interest. Other exceptions may also apply. Savings yield rate is subject to change.

I have an account with Wealthfront and love it! Now when I get paid I don’t pay my bills for that 2 week period anymore. I move it to a HYSA and then pay bill the day before or day of due date. Let it earn interest even it’s just for a few days!

Worst thing you can do is put large amounts of money in cash app. They will close your account without warning and for no apparent reason.

No way. Share certificates at credit unions, or cash accounts at reputable brokerage firms, Fidelity for example. If you don't want to invest, just leaving it sit there earns 4 5% in the money market.

Something I was told was that if your interest rate isn’t outpacing inflation, you are losing money just letting it sit there 💸
