i have been following you on this journey and you did so well! i am not dropping as fast as you even when doing very similar things 😅around 1300-1400 calories, I weight and measure everything, 15000 -18 000 steps per day. only dropping 2-2,7kg monthly :( quite demotivating xause thats 3h of walking daily on top of full time job and also being hungry cause 1300-1400 is drastic to me no matter that I focus on protein. the more I walk the hungrier I get, argh. 😭
